CHAT STUDIO

A live-chat simulation that drops agents into real customer conversations - no scripts, no safety net.
Chat Studio shows how small word choices can shift an entire customer experience, turning tension into trust (or the other way around). It’s a hands-on way to practice tone, clarity, and empathy in a space that feels real, because that’s where confidence is built.

FLEX TREK

A retro, space-themed gamified assessment that tests how quickly team leaders can make smart decisions under pressure. FLeX Trek strips away the boredom, admin, and checkbox mentality of leadership training, replacing it with fast-paced scenarios that reward people-first thinking - because great leaders don’t just chase results, they lead humans to achieve them

TS FORMULA 1

A high-energy, gamified knowledge assessment designed to test large groups of agents on everyday product knowledge and behavioural skills. The real challenge? Getting agents to want to participate. By turning assessment into a competitive, rewarding experience, TS Formula 1 transforms mandatory testing into something agents voluntarily engage with - learning faster, remembering more, and actually enjoying the process
